Birding the Yucatan


Our friends at the Columbus Zoo are sponsosirng a birding trip to Mexico’s Yucatan Penninsula. The trip, which runs from November 8 – 17 this fall, will be led by Vice President for Conservation Dr. Michael Kreger.

And the trip promises far more than just birds. The Yucatan’s tropical forests are home to jaguars, pumas, ocelots, tapirs, several primates, and five species of wildcats!
