Retired photography professor Larry McPherson just wanted to film some birds and test his sound equipment. So he headed off to a wildlife refuge in Arkansas — just a few days, right?
Three years later, he finished a wonderful film: The Loggerhead Shrike. It’s a 22 minute video that you can see online — and it’s really worth a look. Check out the whole story and watch the video (free) on the Audubon Web site.
