Woody invasive species management
Only a few places in modern Ohio feature old-growth forest, and Davey Woods Preserve is one of them. It is a small wooded paradise with old trees and scenic trails along pleasant foothills. The quick spread of exotic bush honeysuckles threatens native plant community here. We will dedicate this workday to honeysuckle removal.
