Buckeye Birding Series
Buckeye Birding Series – a set of six courses aimed to elevate skills and joy in birding. Designed for beginner and intermediate birders, ages 12 and up. November 9th, December 14th, January 11th, February 8th, March 8th, and April 12th 

• Where and When to Look: Understanding Seasons, Habitats, and Diet
  February 5, 11am-12:30pm
  A thorough field guide for the state of Ohio lists more than 300 bird species, but finding each one is more complicated than walking into the backyard with binoculars. This session examines residents, migrating visitors, rare vagrants, and how those journeys are affected by habitat, food sources, and weather. In addition, bird feeders and patch birding are covered as a way to enjoy feathered friends at home.
