Our friends at COSI have an event coming up that might interest Columbus Audubon bird lovers.

On January 17, 2019 Dale Gnidovec from Orton Geological Museum at Ohio State will be at COSI to give a talk: “Teeth, Jaws & Claws: The Carnivorous Dinosaurs”.

So what does this event have to do with birds? Well, we now know that birds are directly descended from a line of dinosaurs. So dinosaurs didn’t really go extinct, they just became birds!

The evening will feature COSI’s newest permanent exhibit, the American Museum of Natural History Dinosaur Gallery a cash bar, snacks, and of course – fun, hands-on science.
